Bankruptcy Court is different from state or federal court. It is a very specialized area of the court system. Make sure the attorney spends a good amount of time at Bankruptcy Court so you know they will be experts on all the different things that could happen with your case and know how the various Judges and Trustees will approach your specific circumstances.
